What are the benefits of the Ulys e-toll plan?

Ulys e-toll enables you to save time and simplifies your toll passages on all the motorways in France as well as in Spain, Portugal and Italy*. With the Ulys e-toll badge, you can benefit from reserved toll lanes.

In addition to the e-toll badge, your Ulys plan gives you access to well thought out services and benefits to simplify your journeys!
- The Ulys app provides real time traffic updates, and enables you to calculate your itinerary, find motorway service stations and access your invoices, etc.
- The Ulys Team Benefits Club gives you access to offers of up to 50% off with more than 50 partners.

Finally, the Ulys offers require no long-term commitment and no activation fees.

*The Spain-Portugal and Italy options are optional extras.

Will my Ulys e-toll badge function on all the motorways in France?

Your Ulys e-toll badge functions on all the motorways in France. With the Ulys e-toll badge, you no longer have to open your window, take a ticket and prepare your method of payment: you can save time on all your motorway journeys in France!

Can I use my badge in Spain, Portugal or Italy?

As well as on the motorways in France, you can use your Ulys e-toll badge in Spain, Portugal or Italy. To do so, you must choose the Spain-Portugal and/or Italy option upon your subscription, or at a later date via your Subscriber Area.

These options are optional extras of the Ulys Classic plan.

How much will the Ulys Classic e-toll badge cost after the promotional offer?

After the proposed promotional offer, the Ulys Classic e-toll badge is invoiced on the basis of a plan (or “management fees”) at €2 for each month in which you travel on the motorway (excluding paid options as well as toll and parking fees). The months in which you do not travel on the motorway are not invoiced, i.e., €0 for the months you don’t use the badge.

Will this change after a certain amount of time?

This does not change. After the first free months within the framework of the proposed promotional offer, the Ulys Classic e-toll badge plan is invoiced at €2 per month used (+ any other options that you may have subscribed to).

Will I have to pay to cancel my subscription, and how does this work?

If you wish to cancel your plan, no problem! The Ulys Classic e-toll badge plan is without commitment or cancellation fees. If you wish to cancel your e-toll plan, you can simply return your badge to a Ulys shop or to our Customer Services (the contact details of which are available on the Ulys.com website.

Can the badge be used in carparks, and if so, which ones?

Your e-toll badge is valid in 450 carparks in France displaying the “t” logo in city centres, train stations and airports. You can find the list of the carparks with the “t” logo on the Ulys.com website or on the Ulys app.

What is included in the Ulys app and the Ulys Team Benefits Club?

The Ulys application gives you access to multiple services to simplify your journeys: it provides real time traffic updates, and enables you to calculate your itinerary, find motorway service stations and access your invoices, etc.
As for the Ulys Team Benefits Club, it enables you to benefit from exclusive offers of up to 50% off with more than 50 partners. 

Will this offer enable me to benefit from a discount on toll fees?

This promotion is only valid for the Ulys Classic e-toll badge, which is a plan offer with no set-up fees or commitment. Neither the Ulys Classic plan offer nor the promotion shall enable you to benefit from a discount on toll fees. However, Ulys also offers plans that enable you benefit from discounts on your frequent journeys.

Will the e-toll badge enable me to quickly pass through the tolls and will the toll fees remain the same as usual?

The Ulys e-toll badge enables you to save time at the toll booths. With the e-toll badge, you will receive a monthly invoice with a breakdown of your journeys, and you will pay your toll fees on a monthly basis. The Ulys Classic e-toll badge does not provide a discount on toll fees.

Once I have received my badge, how long do I have to wait before I can use it?

It’s simple. No need to wait, you can use your badge straight away. Start saving time as soon as you receive it. Furthermore, the Ulys e-toll badge is shipped in under 48 hours. 

When will my invoice be debited?

The invoices for your Ulys plan are drawn up between the 8th and 12th of the month following your journeys. Said invoices include the journeys carried out between the first and last day of the month. The invoice amounts will the debited on around the 20th of the month following the badge use. It is not possible to modify the debiting date.

What information and documents are required to subscribe?

The Ulys Classic e-toll badge can be easily subscribed to online. When subscribing, you will need to provide your surname, first name and address and have your bank account details to hand in order to provide us with your IBAN. The subscription is signed electronically online.

Can I use my badge in multiple vehicles?

Your Ulys e-toll badge is independent from your vehicle, except for the offers that require the vehicle’s registration plate. You can therefore use your Ulys badge for multiple light vehicles.

However, to make your life easier, we recommend that you order an additional badge if you have a second vehicle.

Is it possible to possess multiple badges?

It is possible to order one or more badges when subscribing to the Ulys Classic e-toll badge or at a later date.
